I’ve mentioned in numerous videos and articles that I love to dance. My husband and I go to line dance classes together, which keeps us moving, improves muscle tone and balance, and works out our brains too, sharpening our memory and recall skills. We enjoy the music and the social time with our friends who like to line dance.

Cowboy Up offers line dancing fun on the weekends with teaching and open dance. There’s a restaurant attached to the club if you want to have dinner.
